5.Packing Process
Quality inspection and sorting: Before packing, conduct a final quality check on the slippers to ensure they are free from defects or damage.
Packaging methods:
Individual packaging: Each pair of slippers is wrapped in a transparent plastic bag to prevent friction or contamination during transportation.
Bulk packing: According to customer requirements, slippers are packed into cartons in specified quantities (e.g., 30 pairs/box, 40 pairs/box).
Carton requirements:
Material: Use high-strength corrugated cartons to ensure compression resistance and moisture protection.
Labeling: Clearly mark the carton exterior with product name, specifications, quantity, weight, and transportation symbols (e.g., "Fragile," "Keep Dry").
Sealing: Seal the cartons with tape to ensure they are secure and prevent opening during transportation.
